It all started with me!

I took on the responsibility to do thorough research on Epilepsy and diet. Then I found this special diet used in controlling uncontrollable Epilepsy, it’s called "The Ketogenic diet". It's extremely low in carbs and high in fat.

This diet worked amazingly well for me and I promised that I would share this amazing discovery with every single person in my situation. I want people to be able to enjoy their sweets and treats without feeling that they are missing out. Because honestly, they are not!
