    We have tested the effects of our products on our blood sugars, but we are not medical professionals.

    While we have many diabetic customers, we would advise each person to check the nutritional information available under each item and make sure that it fits within your chosen way of eating.

  • We provide four days of refrigerating time on every order, but more often, you will get at least 1-2 weeks of fridge shelf-life on your cakes. They can also be frozen with no adverse effect on the quality and tasting experience of the cakes. Just warm them up in the microwave from the freezer for at least one minute. Our cakes stay fresh out of the fridge for up to a week as well.

  • When you compare our ingredients to the artificial additives and wheat-based products that regular supermarket cakes are made from, it becomes clear.

    Sugar and wheat are the cheapest cake ingredients out there and that is why it’s been added to everything out there.

    We remain committed to making delicious snacks and while almond flour and erythritol are more expensive than traditional options out there; we believe that the benefits that come with great quality, healthy snacks are worth it!

  • Your FeedMeKeto treats can be stored in the refrigerator up until their expiry dates, or two months in the freezer.

    If you decide to store your keto treatsn in the freezer, we recommend defrosting at room temperature or popping them into the oven at 100C for 10 minutes, for a lusciously warm texture.

    When frozen, you can also pop them into the microwave for 50-60 seconds. We will let you be the judge of when its complete defrosted.

  • Yes almost all our ingredients are Organic.

Delivery & Orders

  • If you are unable to accept delivery of our goods on the original delivery date, we cannot accept liability for any deterioration in product quality due to any factors outside our control. We sell perishable foods and if a perishable item is returned to us marked as “undeliverable” we cannot offer a store credit. So please make sure you check your address and be sure to be able to receive your package.

  • If you have picked a delivery service that is tracked then you will receive a tracking number after we have dispatched the item.
